The public hearing will be held in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 161.164. The City of Columbia Heights has received the final lay- out for State Project 0207-130 the proposed reconstruction of Central Avenue NE (Highway 65) from 37"' Avenue to 53b Avenue. The Project will require acquisition of permanent right-of-way. A pub- lic hearing is necessary before the City determines whether to provide the required municipal consent for a portion of the Project. One or more representatives from MnDOT will be present at the public hearing to present the final layout for the Project. The final layout is available for review at the City of Columbia Heights City Hall at 3969 Central Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN Any person wishing to express an opinion on the Project will be heard orally at the public hearing. Written comments may also be provided prior to the hearing and should be addressed to: City Engineer, City of Columbia Heights, 3969 Central Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421 or via email to: rwidmer@ vvl.umblahftlnt5mnaov.
