CHARTER REGARDING
THE OVERSIGHT OF THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT
The City Council for the City of
Columbia Heights, Minnesota ad-
opted Ordinance No. 1724 on April
6, 2026.
The purpose of this ordinance
is to amend the Columbia Heights
City Charter to update oversight of
the Police Department.
This is a summary of Ordinance
No. 1724. A copy of the entire text
