The City Council for the City of
Columbia Heights, Minnesota ad-
opted Ordinance No. 1723 on Feb-
ruary 23, 2026.
The purpose of this ordinance
is to amend the Columbia Heights
City Charter to update recall provi-
sions.
This is a summary of Ordinance
