Notice is hereby given that the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a neighborhood meeting at the
Columbia Heights Library at 3939
Central Avenue NE on Wednesday,
February 18, 2026, from 5:30-6:30
p.m. The order of business is as
follows:
The City of Columbia Heights is
initiating the process of amending
the Comprehensive Plan's land use
designation of the property located
at 4300 Central Ave NE. The prop-
erty is currently designated to only
allow Commercial development
and the City is proposing to desig-
nate the property Transit Oriented
Development which would allow
for a mix of both Commercial and
Residential Uses.
Notice is hereby given that all
people who have an interest will
be given an opportunity to be
