PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Columbia Heights will
conduct a public hearing in the City
Council Chambers of City Hall at
3969 Central Avenue NE on Tues-
day, March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
The subject of the public hearing
will be:
The City of Columbia Heights is
requesting a Comprehensive Plan
amendment for the properties lo-
cated at 4300 Central Ave NE.
The requested amendment would
change the properties planning
guidance from "Commercial" to
"Transit Oriented Development".
The property is currently designat-
ed to only allow Commercial devel-
opment and the City is proposing
to designate the property Tran-
sit Oriented Development which
would allow for a mix of both Com-
mercial and Residential Uses.
Notice is hereby given that
all people who have an interest
will be given an opportunity to
