The requested amendment would change the properties planning guidance from "Commercial" to "Transit Oriented Development". The property is currently designat- ed to only allow Commercial devel- opment and the City is proposing to designate the property Tran- sit Oriented Development which would allow for a mix of both Com- mercial and Residential Uses.
