PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Coun-
cil Chambers at 3989 Central Av-
enue Northeast on Tuesday, April
7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for a Variance was
submitted by the owners of 999
50th Avenue NE (PID: 25-30-24-
23-0002), A&A Properties LLP, to
the City requesting to allow a re-
duction in the number of required
parking spots.
Per Code Section 9.104 (G) of
the Zoning Ordinance the Planning
Commission is required to hold a
public hearing on the Variance ap-
plication and submit findings to the
City Council.
Notice is hereby given that
all people who have an interest
will be given an opportunity to
