PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers at 3989 Central Avenue
NE on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at
6:00 p.m. The order of business is
as follows:
A request for Easement Vaca-
tion was submitted by Duffy Devel-
opment, Inc., related to easements
serving the properties, 1515 44th
Avenue NE (PID: 36-30-24-21-
0162). The applicant intends to va-
cate easements serving 1515 44th
Avenue NE: the drainage and fire
easements to allow for better de-
velopment of the site. If drainage
and fire easements are needed,
they will be added when the site is
complete.
Per Code Section 9.104 (J) of
the Zoning Ordinance the Planning
Commission is required to hold a
public hearing on the Vacation ap-
plication and submit findings to the
City Council.
Notice is hereby given that
all people who have an interest
will be given an opportunity to
