Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers at 3989 Central Avenue
Northeast on Tuesday, December
2, at 6:00 p.m. The order of busi-
ness is as follows:
A request for a Final Plat was
submitted by the owners of 716
391' Ave NE (PID: 35-30-24-44-
0156), ACW Walker Properties and
3828 Quincy St NE (PID: 35-30-24-
44-0030), Jerald Lemire to the city.
Per Code Section 9.104 (M) of
the Zoning Ordinance the Planning
Commission is required to hold a
public hearing on the Final Plat ap-
plication and submit findings to the
City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
