lic hearing on October 27, 2025, at
or after 6:00 p.m. at the City Coun-
cil Chambers of Columbia Heights
City Hall located at 3989 Central
Ave NE, Columbia Heights, Minne-
sota, relating to the order of busi-
ness as follows:

BEING AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 5.3 OF
THE COLUMBIA HEIGHTS CITY
CODE TO REVISE PURPOSE AND
INTENT, DEFINITIONS, LICENSE,
FEES, BASIS FOR DENIAL OF
LICENSE, PROHIBITED SALES,
COMPLIANCE CHECKS AND IN-
SPECTIONS, AND VIOLATIONS
AND PENALTIES
Copies of all the documents re-
lating to the proposed Ordinance
No. 1720 are on file and available
for public inspection at the office of
the Community Development De-
partment in City Hall during regular
business hours.
