500 SO YD TURF ESTABLISHMENT
together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This pmject is
subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals Rates, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, the provi-
sions of the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, and Responsible Contractor Certification.
COMPLETION OF WORK: Substantial Completion of the contract is 10/15/2025. All work under the Contract
must be complete and ready for final payment by 10/3112025.

OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any imegu-
lanties and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion,
the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
