AMENDING CHAPTER 8,
SECTION 8.403 OF THE
COLUMBIA HEIGHTS
CITY CODE RELATING TO
FIRE SERVICE FEES.
The City Council for the City of
Columbia Heights, Minnesota ad-
opted Ordinance No. 1715 on June
23, 2025.
The purpose of this ordinance
is to establish, upon passage, Fire
Service Fees; Authorizing the Fire
Department to Charge for Fire
Watch Services.
This is a summary of Ordinance
No. 1715. A copy of the entire text
