AMENDING CHAPTER
5 ARTICLE VII OF THE
COLUMBIA HEIGHTS
CITY CODE TO
ESTABLISH THE
REGULATION AND
REGISTRATION OF
CANNABIS RELATED
BUSINESSES
The City Council for the City of
Columbia Heights, Minnesota ad-
opted Ordinance No. 1706 on Oc-
tober 14, 2024.
The purpose of this ordinance is
to amend, upon passage, Chapter
5 Commercial Licensing Code of
Columbia Heights City Code — Ar-
ticle VII: Cannabis Business Regis-
tration and Regulation, and Article
Vill: Compliance. These amend-
ments include the establishment of
the regulations regarding cannabis
business registration. Alongside
various cannabis business and
event regulations.
This is a summary of Ordinance
No. 1706. A copy of the entire text
of the Ordinance is available for
public inspection during regular
office hours at City Hall, by stan-
