The City Council for the City of Columbia Heights, Minnesota ad- opted Ordinance No. 1705 on Oc- tober 14, 2024. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend two primary aspects of City winter operations by short- ening the time period for enforce- ment from 'November 1 to April 1' to 'November 1511 to March 1511,' and to amend the triggering snow- fall amount for plowing operations from 3-1/2 inches to 2 inches. This is a summary of Ordinance No. 1705.
