AN ORDINANCE
AMENDMENT PERTAINING
TO WINTER PARKING:
AMENDING CHAPTER 3
ADMINISTRATIVE
CODE: 3.203 POLICE
DEPARTMENT; AND
CHAPTER 7 —TRAFFIC
CODE: 7.202 PARKING
AND STOPPING ZONES;
7.205 PROHIBITED
NON-MOVING VIOLATIONS;
AND 7.301 AUTHORITY
FOR IMPOUNDMENT.
The City Council for the City of
Columbia Heights, Minnesota ad-
opted Ordinance No. 1705 on Oc-
tober 14, 2024.
The purpose of this ordinance
is to amend two primary aspects
of City winter operations by short-
ening the time period for enforce-
ment from 'November 1 to April 1'
to 'November 1511 to March 1511,'
and to amend the triggering snow-
fall amount for plowing operations
from 3-1/2 inches to 2 inches.
This is a summary of Ordinance
No. 1705. A copy of the entire text
