Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Coun-
cil Chambers of City Hall at 3989
Central Avenue NE on Wednesday,
September 4th 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
The order of business is as follows:
A request for a Conditional
Use Permit was made by Way-
Jhab Market to add retail sales to
the existing Mesob Bakery at 604
40th Avenue NE. Section 9.104 (F)
of the Zoning Ordinance requires
the Planning Commission to hold
a public hearing on the zoning
amendment and make findings be-
fore submitting a recommendation
to City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
