2024 SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL, CITY PROJECT 1807
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of City
Project 1807 WILL ONLY BE RECEIVED ONLINE through QuestCDN
vBidTM until 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at which place
and time they will be publicly opened by two or more persons who
have been designated by the City to open bids at an online Bid opening
meeting. Bids are for furnishing all work and materials for consideration
of City improvements: 2024 Safe Routes to School.
The construction includes sidewalk, signing, pavement markings,
and ADA.

Plans and specifications incorporating the work for the project may
be examined at the Office of the City Engineer. Plans and Specifications

Plans and specifications, so purchased, become the property of the
purchaser, and the City will not refund any portion of the purchase price.
WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY: August 30, 2024
The City Council will consider award of contract at their regular meet-
ing held on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber
at 3989 Central Avenue NE.

determined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581
and implementing regulations.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation hereby notifies all bid-
ders:
in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Act), as
amended and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Subtitle A Part 21,
Non-discrimination in Federally -assisted programs of the Department
of Transportation, it will affirmatively assure that in any contract entered
into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterpris-
es will be afforded maximum opportunity to participate and/or to submit
bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against
