A request for a Zoning Text
Amendment from the JDA Design
Architects and Mohamed Abdulle
proposing to amend City Code
9.107 Specific Development Stan-
dards (C)(16) Day Care Centers and
include language allowing child
day care facilities to utilize an ad-
jacent public park to the property
within 1,50o feet. Section 9.104 (F)
of the Zoning Ordinance requires
the Planning Commission to hold
a public hearing on the zoning
amendment and make findings be-
fore submitting a recommendation
to City Council.
