PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 3989 Cen-
tral Avenue NE on Tuesday, April
2, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for a Minor Subdivi-
sion to adjust the boundary line
between the properties located at
334 401h Avenue NE (PID# 35-30-
24-31-0117) and 344 4011 Avenue
NE (PID# 35-30-24-31-0116). The
land use application is being made
by Michael Gondek of Gondek
Properties LLC, owner of both 334
and 344 4011 Avenue NE. Section
9.104 (N of the Zoning Ordinance
requires the Planning Commission
to hold a public hearing to consider
the Minor Subdivision application
and submit its recommendation to
the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
