Inspection will be required for all property's four units or less prior to the sale of the prop- erty. The inspection requirement includes a health/safety and sewer inspection to be completed. Items identified as necessary to remedi- ate will either be completed by the seller or have money set aside for completion by the buyer. Copies of all documents relat- ing to the proposed Ordinance No. 1695 are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Community Development De- partment in City Hall during regular business hours.
