AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING VACATION OF ROADWAY, ALLEY, AND RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS PER 9.104
OF THE CITY CODE OF 2005 SERVING PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1650 40TH AVENUE NE.
The City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Section 1
The proposed legal descriptions for the easement and road vacations are as described and graphically
depicted per Exhibits A, B, and C:
All of the Alley as delineated and dedicated on WALTONS 1ST SUBDIVISION OF RESERVOIR HILLS, Anoka
County contiguous with the southeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 1, said WALTONS 1ST SUBDIVISION OF
RESERVOIR HILLS, that lies easterly of a line parallel with and 25 feet easterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the south quarter corner of Section. 36, Township 30, Range. 24, said Anoka County, thence
North 00 degrees 20 minutes 19 degrees West assumed bearing along the north south quarter line of said
Section. 36, 1965.92 feet; thence North 89 degrees 29 minutes 44 seconds East, 332.49 feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 00 degrees 30 minutes 16 seconds East, 42.45 feet; thence southwesterly along a
tangential curve concave to the west, 94.94 feet, with a central angle 45 degrees 19 minutes 54 seconds and a
radius of 120.00 feet.
All of the roadway easement as described in document number 217962 and 727283, Anoka County,
Minnesota
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days after its passage.

The City Council for the City ofColumbia Heights, Minnesota adopted Ordinance No, I693on
March 1l,3O24.
The purpose of this ordinance is to establish, upon passage, a roadway easement vacation
serving property at 1650 401h Avenue NE. This Ordinance vacates roadway easements as
described and graphically depicted per Exhibits A, B, and C.
This is a summary of Ordinance No. 1691 A copy of the entire text of the Ordinance is available
for public inspection during regular office hours at City Hall, by standard or electronic mail, or at
