The proposed amend- ment seeks to add Thrift Shop and/ or Retail Sales to the Light Indus- trial and General Industrial Dis- tricts as permitted uses. Section 9.104 (F) of the Zoning Ordinance requires the Planning Commission to hold a public hearing to consider the Zoning Text Amendment and submit its recommendation to the City Council.
