PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 - 40th
Avenue NE on Tuesday, November
1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for a conditional use
permit to allow outdoor storage of
vehicles upon property located at
660 39th Avenue NE (PID# 35-30-
24-43-0049). The proposed out-
door storage of vehicles is to be an
accessory to a vehicle repair shop
use which represents the princi-
pal use of the property. Section
9.104 (In of the Zoning Ordinance
requires the Planning Commission
to hold a public hearing to consider
the Conditional Use Permit appli-
cation and submit its recommen-
dation to the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
