PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 - 40th
Avenue NE on Tuesday, November
1, 2022, at 6:60 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for a conditional use
permit to allow a banquet hall upon
property located at 2201 37th Av-
enue NE (PID# 36-30-24-44-0014).
The banquet hall represents a
component of a plan to remodel
of the interior space of the existing
building on the site which will also
include space devoted to a retail
market and restaurant. The land
use application is being made by
Gateway Business Group, Inc., the
owner of the subject property. Sec-
tion 9.104 (IQ of the Zoning Ordi-
nance requires the Planning Com-
mission to hold a public hearing to
consider the Conditional Use Per-
mit application and submit its rec-
ommendation to the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
