Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 - 40th
Avenue NE on Wednesday, Sep-
tember 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The
order of business is as follows:
A request for a Minor Subdivi-
sion to adjust the boundary line
between the properties located
at 4217 Reservoir Boulevard NE
(PID# 36-30-24-13-0046) and 4221
Reservoir Boulevard NE (PID# 36-
30-24-13-0047). The land use ap-
plication is being made by Michael
Hamann, owner of 4221 Reservoir
Boulevard NE. Section 9.104 (IQ
of the Zoning Ordinance requires
the Planning Commission to hold
a public hearing to consider the
Minor Subdivision application and
submit its recommendation to the
City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
