(PID#'s 26-30-24-21-0094, 26-30- 24-21-0093, 36-30-24-44-0025, 36-30-24-44-0026, and 26-30-24- 14-0143). The Zoning Amendment application is made by the City of Columbia Heights and would re- zone the properties from the Gen- eral Business District to the Public and Open Space District.
