The purpose of this ordinance is to define which type of storm wa- ter permit is referred to in the code language. The definition of the threshold for a storm water man- agement plan was also updated and the section on erosion control was changed to add 'waste control' within the storm water manage- ment plan. These amendments are a requirement of our MS4 permit. This is a summary of Ordinance No. 1675.
