Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Coun-
cil Chambers of City Hall at 590 -
40th Avenue NE on Tuesday May 3,
2022, at 6:00 p.m. or soon there-
after. The order of business is as
follows:
A request for a Conditional
Use Permit and Variance to install
perimeter security fencing at the
property located at 625 41st Av-
enue NE (Property Identification
Number 35-30-24-14-0151). Code
Sections 9.104 (G) & (H) of the Zon-
ing Ordinance require the Planning
Commission to hold a public hear-
ing to review the applications for
the Variance and Conditional Use
Permit and submit its recommen-
dation to the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
