PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 - 40th
Avenue NE on Tuesday March 1,
2022, at 6:00 p.m. or soon there-
after. The order of business is as
follows:
A request for a Final Plat and
Easement Vacation to subdivide
a parcel into three lots and vacate
a storm water drainage and utility
easement at an existing lot located
at 625 41st Avenue NE (Property
Identification Number 35-30-24-
14-0151). Code Sections 9.104
(,1) & (M) of the Zoning Ordinance
require the Planning Commission
to hold a public hearing to review
the applications for the easement
vacation and final plat and submit
its recommendation to the City
Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
