2022 STREET REHABILITATION PROGRAM
Notice Is hereby given that sealed bids will be received, publicly
openers, and read aloud by representatives of the City Council of Co-
lumbia Heights, Anoka County, MN, at the Municipal Service Center at
637 38th Avenue NE, in said City at 10:00 A.M, an TUESOAY. MARCH
22, 2022, for furnishing of all work and materials for consideration of the
following City Improvements:
ZONES 6 AND 7 STREET REHABILITATION, SAP 113-050-017,
CITY PROJECT 2202
STATE AID STREET REHABILITATION, SAP 113-117-001,
CITY PROJECT 2206
Zones 6 and 7 Street Rehabilitation consists of 13 blocks of partial
street reconstruction and 13 blocks of mill and overlay. State Aid Street
Rehabilitation consists of 4 blocks of mill and overlay. Work includes
minor utility construction, spot curb and gutter and sidewalk replace-
ment, and pedestrian ramp improvements.

set. Plans and Specifications can also be downloaded at OuestCON.

the property of the purchaser, and the City will not refund any portion o
the ourchase pfice.
WORK ON THESE PROJECTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY:
SEPTEMBER 30, 2022
The City Council will consider award of contract at their regular meet-
ing held on Monday, March 28. 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Cham-
bers at 590 40th Avenue N.E.
