Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Coun-
cil Chambers of City Hall at 590 -
40th Avenue NE on Tuesday, July
6, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for Site Plan Review
for a proposed patio addition/out-
door dining area to be constructed
on the property located at 5085
Central Avenue NE (Prcperty lden-
tification Number 25-30-24-22-
0065). The land use application is
being made by La Casita Mexican
Restaurant, SAH Partnership. Sec-
tion 9.104 (N) of the Zoning Ordi-
nance requires that the Planning
Commission review Site Plan ap-
plications for compliance with City
Code.
