The order of business is as follows: A request for a Pieliminary Plat / Final Plat: Planned Unit Devel- opment; and Easement Vacations to allow for the construction of a 4-story, 62-unit affoidable housing building that includes a remainder parcel for the potential tuture de- velopment of SACA Food Shetf at th€ northern undeveloped portion of 825 41st Avenue NE (Property ldentification Number 35-30-24- 14-0'151). Code Sections 9.104, 9.113, and 9.116 of the Zoning Or- dinance require the Planning Com- mission to hold a public hearing to review the applications for the pre- liminary plat /final plat; planned unit development; and easement vaca- tions and submit its rccommenda- tion to the City Council.
