NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Coun-
cil Chambers of City Hall at 590 -
40th Avenue NE on Tuesday May 4,
2021, at 6:00 p.m. or soon there-
after. The order of business is as
follows:
A request for a Pieliminary Plat
/ Final Plat: Planned Unit Devel-
opment; and Easement Vacations
to allow for the construction of a
4-story, 62-unit affoidable housing
building that includes a remainder
parcel for the potential tuture de-
velopment of SACA Food Shetf at
th€ northern undeveloped portion
of 825 41st Avenue NE (Property
ldentification Number 35-30-24-
14-0'151). Code Sections 9.104,
9.113, and 9.116 of the Zoning Or-
dinance require the Planning Com-
mission to hold a public hearing to
review the applications for the pre-
liminary plat /final plat; planned unit
development; and easement vaca-
tions and submit its rccommenda-
tion to the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard
at the public hearing. lf you can-
not attend the meeting, but would
like to provide input, you can sub-
