Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 - 40th
Avenue NE on Tuesday, December
1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for Final Plat approval
for the property located at (Huset
Parkway NE. and Jefferson St. NE.)
PID 35-30-24-43-0125. Section
9.104 (M) of the Zoning Ordinance
requires that the Planning Com-
mission hold a public hearing and
submit findings to the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will
be given an opportunity to be
heard at the public hearing. If
