Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 - 40th
Avenue NE on Tuesday, December
1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for a Conditional Use
Permit for a Wireless Communica-
tion Tower and a Conditional Use
Permit for a fence to be construct-
ed on the property located at 3939
Central Ave NE. Section 9.104 (H)
of the Zoning Ordinance requires
that the Planning Commission hold
a public hearing and submit find-
ings to the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will
be given an opportunity to be
heard at the public hearing. If
you cannot attend the meeting,
but would like to provide input,
