HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 - 40th
Avenue NE on Wednesday, Novem-
ber 4th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The or-
der of business is as follows:
A request for a Variance for a
proposed residential accessory
structure (garage) to be located on
the property located at 1329 41st
Avenue NE. Property Identifica-
tion Number (36-30-24-24-0114).
The Variance application is made
by Ivan Barbecho, property own-
er. The applicant is proposing to
build a two car attached garage
on the property, encroaching into
the required side yard setback
and shorter in width than the min-
imum required. Section 9.106 (C)
of the Zoning Ordinance requires
that Planning Commission hold a
public hearing on the completed
application for a variance and sub-
mit its recommendation to the City
council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
