40th Avenue NE on Tuesday, April
6, 2021 al 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:

for a proposed building addition
and outdoor dining area to be con-
structed on the property located at
4001 University Ave NE (Property
ldentification Number 35-30-24-
31-0008). The land use application
is being made by Alandina Cafe,
Louie Kader. Section 9.104 (N) of
the Zoning Ordinance requir€s that
the Planning Commission review
