PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Coun-
cil Chambers of City Hall at 590 -
40th Avenue NE on Tuesday, April
6, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for an lnterim Use Per-
m[ to allow for Renaissance Fire-
works to operate a temporary sales
tent at 4005 Central Avenue NE,
per Code Section 9.110 (F)(4)(a).
Section 9.104 (l) of the Zoning Ordi-
nance requires the Planning Com-
mission to hold a public hearing to
approve the lnterim Use Permit.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard
at the public hearing. lf you can-
not attend the meeting, but would
like to provide input, you can sub-
