PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Planning Commission of the City
of Columbia Heights will conduct
a public hearing in the City Council
Chambers of City Hall at 590 40th
Avenue NE on Tuesday, February
2, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The order of
business is as follows:
A request for a Minor Subdivi-
sion to adjust an existing lot line for
the property located at 1209 43rd
Ave NE (PID# 36-30-24-21-0123).
The land use application is being
made by Bryan Behun on behalf
of the Behun Living Trust. Section
9.104 (In of the Zoning Ordinance
requires the Planning Commission
to hold a public hearing to consider
the Minor Subdivision application
and submit its recommendation to
the City Council.
Notice is hereby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard
at the public hearing. To receive in-
