CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHlSE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Section 1
Section 11.102(D), entitled "Franchise Term" of the City's Cable Television Franchise Ordinance (Ord. No.
76L71, shall be amended as follows:
(D) Franchise Term. Pursuant to the Franchise
Exte nsion Asreem dated lrtav )4 )O)1 the term ofthe Franchise shall extend from the date of
acceptance by the Grantee until May 31,2029L unless sooner renewed, revoked, or terminated as
herein provided, or unless extended by the City.
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days after its passage and upon the
acceptance of Comcast of Minnesota, lnc.

CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE ORDINANCE AMEN DMENT
The City Council for the City of Columbia Heights, Minnesota adopted Ordinance 1668 on June
L4,202L. This ordinance extends the City's existing cable franchise agreement with Comcast for
an additional 3 years until May 3L,2023.
