No. 76L71, shall be amended as follows: (D) Franchise Term. Pursuant to the Franchise Exte nsion Asreem dated lrtav )4 )O)1 the term ofthe Franchise shall extend from the date of acceptance by the Grantee until May 31,2029L unless sooner renewed, revoked, or terminated as herein provided, or unless extended by the City. Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days after its passage and upon the acceptance of Comcast of Minnesota, lnc.
