HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
City Council of the City of Columbia
Heights will conduct a public hear-
ing in the City Council Chambers of
City Hall at 590 - 40th Avenue NE
on Monday, May 24,2021, alTiOO
p.m. or soon thereafter. The order
of business is as follows:
A request for a Pr€liminary Plat;
Planned Unit Development; and
Easement Vacations to allow for
the construction of a 4-story 62-
unit affordable housing building
that includes a remainder parcel for
the potential future development
of SACA Food Shelf at the north-
ern undeveloped portion of 825
4lstAvenue NE, per Code Section
9.104, 9.113, and 9.116. Section
9. 1 13 of the Zoning Ordinance re-
quires the City Council to hold a
lormal public hearing to approve
the planned unit developrnent.
Notice is herBby given that all
persons having an interest will be
given an opportunity to be heard
at the public hearing. lf you can-
not attend the meeting, but would
