The order of business is as follows: A request for a Pr€liminary Plat; Planned Unit Development; and Easement Vacations to allow for the construction of a 4-story 62- unit affordable housing building that includes a remainder parcel for the potential future development of SACA Food Shelf at the north- ern undeveloped portion of 825 4lstAvenue NE, per Code Section 9.104, 9.113, and 9.116. Section 9. 1 13 of the Zoning Ordinance re- quires the City Council to hold a lormal public hearing to approve the planned unit developrnent.
