' \' 2..li'S :*?: "rit-.ri' MARLENE M MITCHELL Notary Public Minnesota Mv Commission ExPires Jan 31,2025 ( CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS ANOKA COUNTY SIA-TE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Co- lumbia Heights (the "City"), Anoka County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on June 14,2021, beginning at approximately 7:00 PM, at the City Council Chambers located at 590 40th Ave NE, Columbia Heights, Minnesota, rclatlng to the City's proposed adoption of a Modification to the Downtown CBD Revitalization Plan (the "Modification') for the Downtown Central Business Redevelopment Proiect (the "Proiect"), the proposed establishment of the Alatus Tax lncrement Financing District (a redevelopment tax increment financing dislrict) (the "TlF District") within the Proioct, and the proposed adoption of a Tax lncrement Fi- nancing Plan (the "TlF Plan") therefor (collectively, the "Modification and Plan"), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,469.090 to 469.1081 and Sections 469.1 74 to 469.1 794, all inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Modification and Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Community Development Direclor at City Hall. Th6 property to be included in the TIF District is located within the Prolect and City. A map of the Project and TIF District is set forth below.
