Closed Session- Discussion of Logistics for Mutual Aid Agreement with Minneapolis This item will be in a closed session under Minnesota Statute §13D.05 Subd. 3(d) 2. Request Authorization of Mutual Aid Agreement with City of Minneapolis MOTION: Move to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement with the City of Minneapolis for law enforcement services. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of the Police Chief that the Council app rove the Mutual Aid Agreement with the City of Minneapolis. RECOMMENDED MOTION(S): MOTION: Move to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement with the City of Minneapolis for law enforcement services.
