We appreciate the opportunity to assist the City of Columbia Heights with watermain surveying services
for:
•Buchanan Street from 37 th Avenue to 39th Avenue -990 LF
•39th Avenue from Buchanan Street to Johnson Street -595 LF
•Johnson Street from 37,h A venue to 39 th A venue -965 LF
The project will include watermain replacement, along with curb & gutter removal and replacement
where needed to construct the watermain. We will complete a topographic survey of the project area and
assume the City will coordinate any required soil borings for the project.
Our proposed Not-to-Exceed fees, based on our understanding of the project, are $13,125.00.

Kick-Off Meeting 3 $ 465.00
Topographic Survey 82 $12,660.00
Project Totals 85 $13,125.00
