Yale Mechanical is pleased to present the following proposal to provide and install
Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization units for the City of Columbia Heights.
Public Works Building
•Furnish three (3) GPS (Global Plasma Solutions) bi-polar ionization systems to beinstalled on one (1) main Rooftop unit and two (2) furnace/air handlers.•Provide start-up testing.
We propose to complete the work described above for the sum of THREE THOUSAND THREEHUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,300).

•Provide start-up testing.
We propose to complete the work described above for the sum of SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,600).

Work not included as part of this proposal is as follows:
1.Overtime labor.
2.Additional Diagnostics and corrections that may be necessary.
This proposal is firm for 30 days .. If an extension is required, it must be obtained in writing.
All equipment furnished and installed by us that is found to be defective within the period of
one year following completion of installation shall be repaired or replaced by us at no cost to
the purchaser.
This proposal in design and detail is Yale Mechanical property and must not be used except in
connection with our work. All rights of design and detail are reserved.
Payment shall be made by the 10th of the month on all invoices issued by the 1 st of the month
for all material and equipment installed or on hand and all labor performed. Final payment
to be made within 30 days after substantial completion of the work.
