There is gender and ADA needs - there is no elevator. Also to provide for women changing room and restroom. This would also include a security system for the building like city hall. Also look at HA VA system on the roof, the main floor needs to be recoated, the electric panel is full and needs to be updated. Hansen stated that his was not a complete proposal. We gave them a detailed report on the roof. McClanahan stated the damage could be seen from the outside. Fehst stated you could give public information and then defer it to the next work session. Hansen stated the low response was 7.3 percent and we expected an 8-10 percent cost. We have contacted two of Buetow's clients and received very good response. Peterson stated that the work needs to be done. Membrane roofs -commented on amount of shrinkage.
