Dear Mr. Hansen:
WSB is pleased to present a proposal for professional services for the above referenced project.
This proposal will define our scope of work and provide you with an estimated cost for the project
services requested.

Construction Administration
Tasks include:
• Preconstruction Meeting
• Weekly construction meetings
• Monthly Pay Estimates
• Final pay voucher
• Shop Drawing review
Construction Inspection Services
WSB is proposing part time construction inspection to be on -site an average of 20 hours a week
for the project duration estimated to last 6 weeks. Any changes to the overall duration or weekly
time commitment for the inspection may cause an increase or decrease in the estimated cost for
inspection services.
The construction observer's responsibilities for the City would include the following
• Monitor Contractor for Compliance with Plans and Specifications
• Track Quantities
• Coordinate Surveying and Staking
• Ensure compliance to City construction practices and design standards
• Coordinate with City personnel on construction activities as needed
• Inspect Traffic Control and Public Safety
• Coordinate with Property Owners on Construction Activities

WSB will provide survey support for this project and have included budget for a two- person
survey crew to address staking needs on the project. Our crews are led by NSPS -ACSM Level III
certified crew chiefs that are supported by an experienced instrument person. Our registered
land surveyor is also available to provide survey computation to the field staff with any necessary
support.
Post Construction Services
Services include:
• As -built Survey
• Generation of Record Drawings
• Operations and Maintenance Manual for the water quality basin
Engineering Services. Pee
We are proposing to complete the work on a cost - reimbursable basis in accordance with our
current fee schedule. A breakdown by hour for each staff member is included in the attached fee
estimates table. Listed below is a summary of the estimated cost for the proposed construction
inspection, survey, and construction administration services based on our standard billing rates.
