Re: Proposal for MPCA Final Plans and Specifications - Silver Lake Boat Landing Stormwater Pond
Dear Mr. Hansen:
I am pleased to offer this proposal to provide the City of Columbia Heights with final plans and
specifications for the Silver Lake Boat Landing Stormwater Pond. The final plans and specs will be
required as part of the MPCA certification process and adhere to the requirements in the MPCA Plans
and Specifications and Additional Supplements checklist.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Under this proposal WSB staff will finalize items A, B, C, D, E, and F as detailed in the MPCA Plans and
Specifications and Additional Supplements checklist (attached). These items will be considered final and
be submitted to MPCA for final certification. All items will be finalized based on work previously
completed as part of the MPCA abbreviated Stormwater and Project Plan and Plan Supplement Checklist
and the draft plans and specs.

This timeline assumes that this proposal is accepted in fall 2017, the abbreviated stormwater and project
plan is accepted by MPCA in early October, and WSB receives comments and revisions on draft plans
and specs by December 2017.
The total cost for completing the final MPCA Plans and Specifications as part of the MPCA Plans and
Specs checklist is $12,776. The attached budget details the fees associated with each task specified in
the schedule above.
