HomeMy WebLinkAboutEDA RES 2015-10*0 • ' , 1 N WHEREAS, the City Council authorized purchase of the blighted property on August 2,5, 2606 with the intent to demolish and resale, and WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Law a Public Hearing will be published in the City's authorized newspaper, and WHEREAS, The Authority intends to convey the Subject Parcel to a contractor that will enter into a redevelopment contract to construct an owner occupied home NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Columbia Heights Economic Development Authority (EDA) staff are authorized to publish, a public hearing to consider selling property at 4631 Pierce St NE and to enter into negotiations for the purchase and redevelopment of said property. I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the Columbia Heights Economic Development Authority. .' �.
