The draft plans and specifications will be required as part of the MPCA certification process and adhere to the requirements in the MPCA Plans and Specifications and Additional Supplements checklist. SCOPE OF SERVICE Under this proposal WSB staff will complete items B, C, and E along with a draft of item A as detailed in the MPCA Plans and Specifications and Additional Supplements checklist (attached). These items will be considered draft and provided to MPCA and City of Columbia Heights staff for review. These items will be completed based on work previously initiated as part of the MPCA Abbreviated Stormwater Project Plan Checklist. The total cost for completing the draft MPCA Plans and Specifications as part of the MPCA Plans and Specs checklist is $12,730.
