The objective of the study is to (a) Conduct a LOS ANGELES Space Needs assessment, confirming the square footage of need, and (b) to evaluate up to 4 MIAMI potential sites and costs for the replacement facility for each alternative. If these or other items are desired, they can be provided at additional costs: • Interior finishes selection or finish boards for floors, walls and ceilings; • Detailed layout of the interior or furniture layout. • Additional detailed or photo realistic exterior renderings. SCHEDULE The time frame for this work is estimated to be 60 -90 days from receiving authorization to proceed. The schedule is subject to change dependent upon City review processes. TAMPA TIANJIN WACO The Design Architect grants to the Client a nonexclusive license to reproduce the Architect's WASHINGTON, DC Instruments of Service for purposes of marketing, promotion, construction, use and maintenance WEST PALM BEACH of the Project. The Design Architect shall obtain similar nonexclusive licenses from the Design Architect's consultants consistent with this Agreement. Any termination of this Agreement prior to completion of the Project shall terminate this license. The Client shall not use the Instruments of Service for future additions or alterations to this Project or for other projects, unless the Client obtains the prior written agreement of the Design Architect and the Design Architect's consultants. Any unauthorized use of the Instruments of Service shall be at the Client's sole risk and without liability to the Design Architect and the Design Architect's consultants. PUBLIC RELATIONS The Design Architect shall have the right to include photographic and artistic representations of the Project among the Design Architect's promotional and professional materials.
