BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1490, CITY CODE OF 2005
RELATING TO THE R-3, LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Chapter 9, Article I, Section 9.109 (C) of the Columbia Heights City Code, is proposed to include the
following additions and deletions:
§ 9.109 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.

(C) Lot Dimension, Height, and Bulk RequirementsLot area, setback, height and lot coverage
requirements for uses in the residential districts shall be as specified in the following table:
