Description LVC will provide the following life safety system inspections according to the MN State Fire Alarm and Suppression

Scope Of Work:
- Annual Fire Alarm System Inspection
- Annual Sprinkler System Inspection
- Annual Emergency Lighting Inspection
Fire Alarm System:
Silent Knight 5104 Panel
3 Smoke detectors
- 1 Waterflow switch
2 Supervisory Switch

Sprinkler System:
- 1 Wet Piped system
Emergency Lighting System:
- 13 EL &PE R -5HO Lights
Project Specifics:
LVC Fire Alarm Division will supply up to 2 hours of labor.
- LVC Sprinkler Divisions will supply up to 2 hours of labor.
- Annual Emergency Light Inspection - 90 minute load test will be performed.
- Inspection will be completed during normal business hours Monday - Friday.
- A thorough system review will be performed using individual point testing procedures.
- Facility personnel will provide uninterrupted access to equipment needing inspection.
Alarm control panels will be checked for line voltages, battery voltage under normal and alarm activation conditions,

ground fault tolerance, and supervision of all data loops.
- All alarm notifications, will be verified to ensure proper response
- Perform sprinkler system main drain tests.
- Reports of inspection will be provided electronically within 30 days of inspection completion.
- Deficient findings will be identified and corrective action proposals will be provided for approval.
